Terms of Use
These terms apply to LoopNotes AI and PlanMyLift (“the apps”), developed and published by Dorji Holdings Ltd, trading as Dorji Labs (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using an app, you agree to these terms and the applicable privacy policy.
License
Use of the apps is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these terms. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the apps on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Your content
You retain ownership of notes, recordings, transcripts, images, workout information and other content you create or import. You give us and the service providers identified in the applicable privacy policy only the limited permission needed to process content when you use cloud features. We do not acquire ownership of your content.
Subscriptions and complimentary AI use
LoopNotes AI includes a limited number of complimentary AI note processes. Continued cloud AI use requires a LoopNotes AI Pro auto-renewing subscription, subject to the fair-use allowance described in the app. PlanMyLift may also offer subscriptions. The App Store purchase screen shows the current price, billing period and included features before you confirm a purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Complimentary LoopNotes AI note processes are the free trial experience; they are not an App Store introductory subscription offer.
Fair use and plan allowances
LoopNotes AI Pro includes up to 20 hours of meeting-recording transcription per calendar month, resetting on the first of each month, together with unrestricted AI processing of typed and imported notes subject to anti-abuse safeguards. The complimentary trial includes up to 90 minutes of meeting-recording transcription and a limited number of AI-processed notes, each a one-time allowance per user. When an allowance is reached, recording transcription pauses until the allowance resets or you upgrade; existing notes, transcripts and to-dos always remain available. We may apply reasonable technical limits to prevent abuse, automated misuse or resale of the service. Allowances are per subscription, not per device.
AI output
Summaries, extracted to-dos, schedules and answers are generated automatically by AI from your content and can be incomplete or incorrect. They are provided for convenience, are not professional advice, and you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on. The app shows the source excerpt behind extracted items to make verification easy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the apps, attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures, or use them in violation of applicable law.
Recording other people
LoopNotes AI can record and transcribe conversations. Recording laws vary: some jurisdictions permit recording with the consent of a single participant, while others — including a number of US states and many countries outside the US — require the consent of every participant. Employers and clients frequently impose stricter rules of their own.
You are the sole operator of any recording you make. You are responsible for determining what consent is required, for obtaining it before recording, and for complying with any applicable workplace policy, contract, or professional obligation. LoopNotes AI asks you to confirm this before your first meeting recording; that confirmation does not transfer responsibility to us and is not legal advice.
Recordings you save are transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed automatically by our speech-processing providers solely to produce your transcript and speaker labels, after which the recording is deleted. Dorji Labs does not review, monitor, or have any means of listening to your recordings, and exercises no control over what you choose to record. You must not use LoopNotes AI to record any conversation you are not lawfully entitled to record.
Automated actions and health information
If you enable automatic calendar or reminder approval in LoopNotes AI, you remain responsible for reviewing the resulting entries and may turn automatic approval off in Settings. PlanMyLift can generate training suggestions, which may be inaccurate or incomplete.
Do not rely on either app for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical or emergency decisions. PlanMyLift is a training-planning tool, not medical advice or a substitute for a qualified coach or healthcare professional.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, models or service limits where reasonably necessary, including to protect security, comply with law or keep the service sustainable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that cloud providers will always be available.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Dorji Holdings Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the apps. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, statutory guarantees or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dorji Holdings Ltd, its directors and employees, against any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party and arising from your use of the apps in breach of these terms or of applicable law — including, without limitation, any claim arising from a recording you made without the consent required by law or by an applicable workplace policy. This does not apply to the extent the claim arises from our own breach of these terms, and nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How LoopNotes AI handles data is explained in the LoopNotes AI Privacy Policy. PlanMyLift's practices are explained in the PlanMyLift Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page. Where required, material changes will also be communicated through the app or release notes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
