Terms of Use
App license
Your use of PlanMyLift is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which is incorporated into these terms. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms.
Your data and content
You retain ownership of workout records, prompts, profile information and other content you create. You give us and the providers named in the Privacy Policy only the limited permission needed to process content when you request a cloud feature. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter.
Exercise risk and professional advice
Exercise carries inherent risks, including overexertion, equipment accidents and injury. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. Before beginning or changing an exercise programme, consider obtaining advice from a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, have been inactive, or have any concern about whether exercise is appropriate for you.
PlanMyLift provides automated workout planning, logging and progress information for general fitness purposes. AI and rule-based outputs can be incomplete, unsuitable or wrong. The app does not diagnose injuries, observe or correct your form, guarantee results, or replace a qualified coach, physiotherapist or healthcare professional. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty or other concerning symptoms. You are responsible for choosing appropriate loads, using equipment safely and deciding whether a suggestion is suitable for you.
Subscriptions and free trials
Some features require an auto-renewing PlanMyLift Pro subscription. The App Store purchase sheet shows the current price, billing period, introductory offer and included features before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when confirmed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel a subscription in Apple ID Settings or the App Store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where offered, the annual subscription includes a 14-day introductory trial with up to 10 custom-workout or multi-week-plan creations during that trial. Eligibility is determined by Apple. Reasonable technical and cost limits protect the AI service from abuse; when a cloud limit or service is unavailable, the app may use an on-device alternative or ask you to try again later.
Founding Member offer
The Founding Member rate is available to eligible new subscriptions started by 31 January 2027. Active Founding Member subscribers keep the subscribed rate while that subscription remains continuously active, subject to Apple’s billing rules, taxes and any change the subscriber expressly accepts. New annual subscriptions started from 1 February 2027 use the then-current App Store price.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse PlanMyLift or its services, attempt to bypass subscription, usage or security controls, automate high-volume requests, probe or disrupt the service, resell access, infringe another person’s rights, or use the app unlawfully.
Availability and changes
We may update, replace, limit or discontinue features, models, exercise content or service allowances where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or sustainability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted cloud availability. We will not remove statutory consumer rights and will communicate material subscription changes where required.
Intellectual property
PlanMyLift, its software, artwork, exercise library presentation and branding belong to Dorji Holdings Ltd or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may use exported records for your own purposes.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanMyLift is provided “as is” and without a guarantee that any particular training outcome will occur. Dorji Holdings Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access to cloud services for material breach, fraud, security abuse or where required by law. Locally stored and exported data remain under your control, subject to Apple’s iCloud and device settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Changes to these terms
The current terms and effective date will remain available here. Where required, material changes will also be communicated through the app or release notes.
